Preorder Terms

Thank you for your interest in purchasing at Trysee Shop.

Preorder details

• Item takes about 1-2 months to arrive after shipped out from Official store / Manufacturer.
• Full payment includes item price + estimated international shipping fees from Official store / Manufacturer to Malaysia.
• By selecting deposit payment, there will be 2nd payment collection for balance payment + international shipping fees. You will receive an email with the payment instructions and deadline.
• Both full and deposit payment excludes local shipping fees (within Malaysia), or international shipping fees from Malaysia to your address.

Additional charges

• Additional charges may be collected if there is a significant increase of exchange rates / shipping fees.

Payment deadline

• You will be notified of the payment deadline via email or social media. Please ensure the contact information provided (Email, contact number, social media account etc.) can be accessed and regularly checked by you.
• If you are unable to settle the balance payment by the stipulated date, you can email us 3 days in advance to extend another 7 calendar days, else your deposit will be forfeited.
